Requirements

  • Good customer interaction (people’s person).
  • Computer literacy (BSI
  • EVOLVE).
  • Experience is beneficial.
  • Must be technical RSA or Qualified tech.
  • Professional work ethics.
  • Speak English fluently.
  • Technical vehicle knowledge and a red seal is a plus.
  • Travel to Roodepoort without a hassle.
  • At least 5 years’ service in a workshop environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Preference to have their own transport.

Responsibilities

  • To focus on CSI and FRFT.
  • Serve clients in a calm, professional and friendly manner.
  • Road test workshop vehicles pre-post.
  • Quality control all vehicles daily.
  • Identify and verify customer concerns.
  • Be a team player.
  • Good communication.
  • CSI KPI driven.
  • Meet budget.
