Requirements

  • Matric National senior certificate, Qualified Motor Mechanic.
  • Leadership skills, Analytical reasoning skills, Good Communications and people skills.
  • Motivate and Team player.
  • Team driven, Adaptability, Positive Energy and Results driven.
  • Delegating, Good Listening skills, High Integrity.
  • Experience required Minimum of 4 years in the Motor Industry or similar role.
  • BSI, Excellent Computer skills and knowledge.
  • Driver’s License CODE 08.

Responsibilities

  • Manage workshop procedures.
  • Uphold OEM and Company policies and procedures.
  • Focus on Achieving the Targets – Labor Sales.
  • Focus on daily WIP, VOR, FRFT targets.
  • Monitor all productive performance.
  • Ensure quality of work carried out by productive staff is up to FORD AND CMH standards.
  • Inhouse training to technicians.
  • Technical Assistance with customers when required.
  • Plan all work with Workshop controller for the next day and WIP.
  • Ensure FRFT of 95% maintained and reached.
  • Workshop Effectiveness of 100% achieved.
  • Manage and cultivate a healthy workshop discipline.
