Job Discription

To provide an informative, professional and friendly link between customer and workshop, by liaising closely with and cultivating relationships with customers, workshop and admin personnel – keeping an open line of communication between them, thus enhancing the company’s image.
Processing of workshop warranty claims, follow up of outstanding claims and payments
Costing of completed job cards in a profitable and acceptable manner to both
Dealership and customer
Attend to all Manufacturer authorizations, costing, payments and queries
Maintain BSI system

Requirements

  • BSI and Evolve background
  • 5 Years experience as Warranty Clerk

Responsibilities

  • Costing, Submissions and follow up of all warranty/service/maintenance OEM claims and payments with manufacturer
  • Ensuring the profitability of workshop by correct costing and implementation of discount structures. Ensure all work claimed correctly with correct OEM Labour codes and times
  • Authorizations of all Warranty/service/maintenance OEM claims
  • Corrections for all claims on OEM system
  • Controlling and managing of warranty/service/maintenance plan analysis
  • Ensure that all transactions comply with the CMH & OEM policy and procedures
  • Ensuring that all job cards are completed by workshop correctly, completed on BSI invoice screen, and all necessary documents attached to job card on BSI system
  • Ensure technician clocking correct before costing of each job card
  • Ensure technician write up of work carried out in correct order and the write up corresponds with the customer work requested whether in a format of work carried out or report – ensure OEM repair procedure and diagnostic procedure documents uploaded to BSI and write up correspond with these documents and processes
  • Ensure Evolve invoice uploaded to job card on BSI system
  • Ensure that all claim documents and any other claim related documents uploaded to BSI E-filing
  • To maintain a CSI rating of National average
