Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years proven experience as a Warranty Clerk in the motor industry.
- Essential experience with STELLANTIS, HONDA, and JAC warranty systems.
- Strong knowledge of dealership aftersales operations and warranty procedures.
- High attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Strong computer literacy and dealership system experience.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Process and submit warranty claims for STELLANTIS, HONDA, and JAC vehicles accurately and timeously.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
- Verify supporting documentation for warranty claims, including technician reports and repair orders.
- Monitor claim approvals, rejections, and resubmissions.
- Liaise with service advisors, workshop staff, and manufacturers regarding warranty matters.
- Ensure all warranty documentation and records are maintained and filed correctly.
- Perform warranty reconciliations and assist with audits where required.
- Identify and report any warranty discrepancies or trends.
