Are you a high-energy closer with a passion for cars and a track record of smashing sales targets? Durban Multifranchise is looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join our fast-paced, high-earning sales team to generate sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in automotive retail sales (specifically used cars).
  • Valid South African driver’s license is compulsory.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Deep understanding of dealership finance (F&I) processes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales volume by converting leads into closed deals.
  • Guide customers seamlessly through the buying and finance application process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build a loyal referral network.
  • Must have good administrative skills with a proactive approach to selling and handling objections.
  • Must have the ability to deal with high demand customers and not afraid to go the extra mile.
  • Reach targets and to perform under pressure.
