Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Previous experience as a Stock Controller within a motor dealership is advantageous.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Results-driven and deadline-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate vehicle stock records.
  • Capture and reconcile all new and used vehicle stock.
  • Monitor vehicle movements, transfers, and stock allocations.
  • Ensure all vehicle documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Liaise with Sales, Finance, and Administration departments to ensure seamless stock processes.
  • Process vehicle invoices and maintain accurate system records.
  • Conduct regular stock reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare stock reports for management.
  • Ensure manufacturer and dealership policies are adhered to.
  • Assist with month-end stock audits and reporting.
