We are looking for a front-line Service Advisor for the GWM brand in Little Falls, Westrand.

Requirements

  • Good customer interaction (peoples person).
  • Qualifications and service plan knowledge.
  • Computer literacy (BSI
  • EVOLVE)
  • Professional email ethics.
  • Professional work ethics.
  • Speak English fluently.
  • Technical vehicle knowledge is a plus.
  • Must meet budget.
  • Travel to Roodepoort must not be hassle.
  • At least 5 years service advisor experience.
  • To focus on CSI.
  • Customer follow-up and daily updates.
  • Must be team player with leadership skills.
  • Must be strong with up sale on vehicles.
  • Quotes.
  • Friendly, calm, professional and the ability to serve clients.

Responsibilities

  • Daily planning of carry overs.
  • Following up on customer queries.
  • Understanding warranty, esc and cash processes.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Clean cash outstanding.
  • Clean debtors.
  • Preference to have their own transport.
  • CSI KPI driven.
