Job Description

A well-established motor group is seeking an experienced Ford Service Advisor to join the service team at. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring all Ford and CMH processes are followed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Available to start as soon as possible.
  • Proven Service Advisor experience (Ford experience is an advantage).
  • Evolve and BSI system experience (compulsory).
  • Computer literate.
  • Valid manual driver’s license.
  • Additional requirements to be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

  • Booking in vehicles and maintaining regular contact with customers.
  • Loading and managing extended warranty claims.
  • Providing professional customer service throughout the service process.
  • Supporting the Service Manager where required.
  • Working effectively as part of a team.
  • Adhering to all Ford and CMH policies and procedures.
  • Additional responsibilities to be discussed during the interview.
