Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the service team at Nissan, Mahindra, Foton and Tata Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring all CMH processes are followed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Available to start as soon as possible.
  • Proven Service Advisor experience.
  • Advantage to have Nissan, Mahindra, Foton and Tata experience.
  • Evolve and BSI system experience (compulsory).
  • Computer literate.
  • Valid manual driver’s license.
  • Additional requirements are to be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

  • Booking in vehicles and maintaining regular contact with customers.
  • Providing professional customer service throughout the service process.
  • Supporting the Service Manager where required.
  • Working effectively as part of a team.
  • Adhering to all CMH policies and procedures.
