  • Ability to prioritize urgent jobs.
  • Good technical knowledge of Vehicles.
  • 3 Years working experience.
  • Driver’s License Code B.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Follow company policies, warranty procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Ensuring productivity and efficiency targets are met.
  • Daily follow up to be done on carry overs and current work.
  • Communicate repair progress and obtain customer approval.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests.
  • Process invoices, explain charges and collect payment.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve service-related issues.
