Requirements
- Senior Ford Service Advisor – Ford Academy Status Platinum.
- Minimum of 5 years with the Ford Brand.
- Need excellent Ford product knowledge.
- Proficient with Ford PTS, OWS, BSI and evolve computer systems to promptly and accurately update the systems.
- Need excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- OEM Understanding – Meet the FMCSA warranty requirements to maintain and maximizing on FMCSA incentive structures – PBR.
- Motivated to meet and exceed daily targets.
- Upselling skills are an absolute requirement.
- Valid Driver’s License – If possible, code 10 driver’s license or code 8 as minimum requirement
- Please ensure CV includes your Ford Academy and STARS ID with valid driver's license and ID document.
Responsibilities
- Need excellent communication skills to look after customer service needs.
- Opening and closing of repair orders, preparing accurate cost and managing estimate times and service schedules.
- Handling of quotations, approval of additional work and up selling, explaining service outcomes on invoicing.
- Handle and maintain the manufacturer’s maintenance and warranty policies and processes.
- Always serving customers promptly and translating clear instructions over to the Technicians onto Job Card.
- Team player to support and mentor juniors.
