Qualified Technician – Ford Gezina

Requirements

• Qualified Ford Service Technician – Level 2
• (Provide STARS ID). Minimum of 5 years with Ford STARS diesel engine certification.
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot to solve complex mechanical issues.
• Need to keep accurate records on BSI, to do proper job write up and to apply efficient clocking times.
• To maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Need excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with Service Advisors and to understand customers instructions.
• OEM Understanding – Meet the FMCSA warranty requirements to maintain and maximizing on FMCSA incentive structures – PBR and FRFT.
• Motivated to meet and exceed daily targets.
• Valid Driver’s License – If possible, code 10 driver’s license or code 8 as minimum requirement.
