Requirements
- 8 - 10 years in Used car management
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with All brands, systems, and technology
Responsibilities
- Control and manage Used car inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels, minimizing obsolescence, and
- optimizing inventory turnover Daily meetings with used car executives together and individual
- Valuations on trade-in vehicles
- Reconditioning on vehicles
- Loading of Trade Vehicles on Traders online
- Daily strategy plans to get new customers
- Using Evolve & Auto hub for Daily Tasks
- Managing of all demo vehicles for the dealership and all departments
- Managing the Facebook & Instagram page & loading specials for dealership
- Develop and implement strategies to increase Preowned sales, retail, and wholesale
- Ensure excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional
- manner Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure used car department profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery
- Ensure adherence to manufacturer and CMH policies, procedures, and regulations
- Weekly targets on GP and units. Valuations on trade-in vehicles
- Leads system ED&D for allocating leads and making sure customers has been contacted
- Buying stock on various auctions and own traders
- Taking pictures of used vehicles and loading onto the website
- Dealer Gateway to monitor stock views and loading of specials
- Recon on used vehicles
- Sorting of demo vehicles for the dealership for all departments
- Weekly stock takes on used & demo vehicles
