Responsible for receiving, checking, storing, controlling and issuing automotive parts accurately. Brands include Suzuki, Nissan and Mahindra.

Requirements

  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualifications.
  • Attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills.
  • Parts stores knowledge.
  • Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect parts against orders and delivery notes.
  • Label, store, pick, issue and dispatch parts correctly.
  • Capture stock movements and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with stock take and report shortages, damage or variances.
  • Support workshop personnel and respond to parts queries promptly.
  • Ensure the parts store remains organized, secure and compliant with safety procedures.
