Parts Sales Executive – CMH Multi-Franchise West Rand

Responsibilities

• Attend walk in plus telephonic, on-line and account clients.
• Take deposits on orders and give regular feedback and updates.
• Review quotes daily and follow up.
• Assist internally and externally.
• Prospect for new business and accounts.
• Describe all optional equipment/add On’s available for customer purchase.
• Achieve sales target per month consistently.
• Maintain GP according to standards
• Achieve daily targets.
• Achieve reasonable GP % retention.
• Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
• Attend product and sales training courses as requested by manager.
• Keeps up to date on new products and services within the industry.
• Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a prospect development system.
• Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Satisfies the transportation needs.
• Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Offers promotional kits and OEM programs.
• Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Establishes personal income goals and devises strategies to meet them.
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
• Admin to be completed professionally and within deadlines.
• Prepicking and future booking analysis.
• Deliver parts on time and explain warranty.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel for future services.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• Available ASAP.
