Requirements
- Tech savvy, computer literate.
- Matric/Grade 12.
- Good communication, qualify customers needs, good telephone etiquette and relationship building skill.
- Minimum 2 years Sales management experience required.
- Valid driver’s License.
- Honesty, diligence, resilience and integrity.
- Must have sound interpersonal, admin skills and be computer literate.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of the car market and trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meets dealership goals, KPI’s and risk compliance.
- Achieve dealer and OEM budget/targets.
- Train staff in accordance with Brand, policy and policy.
- Effectively manage departmental daily activities.
- Builds customer confidence and close deals.
- Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
- Calculates sales price, including/excluding VAT, trade-in allowance, discount, etc.
- Staff recruitment, management and counselling.
- Engages in business development.
- Addresses customer concerns.
- Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
