Job Description

The Sales Learner will receive hands-on training and practical experience in vehicle sales and processes. The role is designed to develop the learner into a confident, professional, and target-driven Sales Executive. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Sales Executives and management while learning all aspects of the vehicle sales process, customer service, prospecting, administration, finance, and vehicle delivery.

Requirements

  • Sales / Marketing Diploma or Degree.
  • Driver’s License.
  • No experience required.
  • Computer qualification/literate.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and master the CMH sales process.
  • Develop a strong products knowledge of the Foton model range.
  • Generate New leads via social media platforms, referral and prospecting and follow up consistently.
  • Assist senior sales executives with quotations, test drives, quotations and follow-ups.
  • Meet agreed daily and monthly activity targets.
  • Maintain customer records and update the CMH drive system.
  • Work well within the sales team and be willing to learn from experienced colleagues.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, energy, and a positive attitude.
  • Actively participate in training & coaching taking ownership in personal development.
  • Work towards becoming an independent and successful salesman.
