- Driver’s License.

Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve monthly vehicle Sales and Wholesale targets on a High pace New Car Department with very high standards.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and support.
- Source and manage Stock to ensure a balanced, market-relevant inventory.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Handle escalated customer issues and maintain strong client relationships.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the GWM Brand.
- Coordinate online listings, showroom displays, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, gross profits, and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and franchisor requirements.
