Requirements
- Matric
- Strong selling skills and process driven
- 2 years sales experience at a franchise dealer
- Driver’s License - Code 08/B
Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, and promote the company's service and finance department
- Overcoming objections, and guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. Understand customers' needs and preferences and make them feel welcome and supported
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Maintain an owner follow-up system and routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction
- Ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and CRI (Customer Retention Index) levels are maintained
- Understand customers' needs and preferences, and make them feel welcome and supported
