Requirements

  • Matric
  • Strong selling skills and process driven
  • 2 years sales experience at a franchise dealer
  • Driver’s License - Code 08/B

Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, and promote the company's service and finance department
  • Overcoming objections, and guiding customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
  • Understanding customers' needs and preferences and making them feel welcomed and supported
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system and routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction
  • Ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and CRI (Customer Retention Index) levels are maintained
  • Understand customers needs and preferences, and make them feel welcomed and supported
