Requirements

  • Master technician qualification.
  • 5 years Master technician experience.
  • Driver’s License Code B.
  • Expert-level diagnostic and technical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • Leadership and mentoring capability.
  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated comebacks and repeat repair cases.
  • Support warranty fault findings and technical report.
  • Work under pressure and meet productivity targets.
