Responsibilities

  • Ensure audit requirements correct on job cards.
  • Ensure correct documents and all necessary documents uploaded to the job card.
  • Manage all audit requirement processes within the BSI paperless system or manual job card system.
  • Ensure and manage BSI system & E-Toyota.
  • Ensure vehicle ready at customer promised times.
  • Ensure all vehicles quality test done and completed as per OEM standard.
  • Ensure all vehicles tested.
  • Ensure communication between workshop and front-line staff updated continuously to ensure customer updated at all times.
