Requirements

  • Matric.
  • Computer Skills.
  • Workshop service advisor experience.
  • BSI Controller experience.
  • Confident, personable, courteous and a good listener.
  • Great communication skills (English and local language).
  • Friendly and team player.
  • Energetic and positive.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Process Driven.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct documents and all necessary documents uploaded to the job card.
  • Manage all audit requirement processes within the BSI paperless system.
  • Ensure and manage BSI system.
  • Ensure vehicle ready at customer promised times.
  • Ensure all vehicles quality test done and completed as per OEM standard.
  • Ensure all vehicles tested.
  • Ensure communication between workshop and front-line staff updated continuously to ensure customer always updated.
  • Adhere to company policies and actively ensure high levels of audit adherence on each job card to both internal, external and OEM requirements.
