Requirements
- +- 3 Years Service Advisor Experience
- Evolve & BSI Experience
- Be able to work with customers
- Driver’s License required
Responsibilities
- Receiving customers and their vehicles for service and repairs daily in a friendly, courteous and professional manner at all times.
- Always utilize BSI tablets and paperless system.
- Obtaining correct client and vehicle details regarding service or repair items.
- Confirm correct payment method.
- Take a video of and photo of vehicle condition and damages (mark on job card).
- Take a photo of the cluster with current kilometers and update details accordingly.
- Fit protection covers in front of client.
- Ensure that service book is stamped and put back in front of customer.
- Complete CPA document correctly.
- All repair requests must have a diagnostic fee within document section.
- Confirm repair requests with client before they leave.
- Create job cards via BSI system.
- Ensure all work carried out has been authorized.
- No vehicle must be released before payment has been received.
- Keeping line of communication between workshop personnel & clients.
- Follow up with clients and communicate progress of vehicles.
- Supply advice to clients.
- Update and maintain information on BSI system & Evolve.
- Correct hand over process when handing vehicle over to the client on collection.
- WIP and cash outstanding followed up daily.
