Job Description

CMH Foton Menlyn is looking for a high-performing, target-obsessed New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our winning team. This opportunity is suited for a proven closer who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is hungry to outperform targets month after month. Requirements

  • Proven experience in new vehicle sales within the automotive industry.
  • Minimum 1–2 years dealership-based Commercial sales experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Aggressive sales and negotiation ability.
  • Confident closer with excellent objection-handling skills.
  • High energy, self-driven, and resilient under pressure.
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Solid administrative discipline and system accuracy.
  • Results-focused and performance-driven.
  • Competitive mindset with strong work ethic.
  • Accountable and disciplined.
  • Team player who contributes to overall dealership success.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly new vehicle sales targets.
  • Actively prospect for new business through referrals, cold calling, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
  • Convert enquiries into deliveries with a strong closing mindset.
  • Conduct professional test drives and high-impact product presentations.
  • Maximise deal profitability within dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant completion of all deal documentation.
  • Work closely with F&I to secure approvals and optimise deal structures.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer base to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Deliver world-class vehicle handovers and after-sales follow-ups.
  • Represent CMH Foton Menlyn with professionalism, energy, and urgency.
