Requirements

  • Experience on Evolve/ MultiCat/ Sage.
  • Experience in Service/ Sales/ Admin.
  • Plan and prioritize.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-delivery quality checks to ensure all work is completed.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, maintenance plans, or repairs.
  • Generate Orders / invoices.
  • Invoice orders out.
  • Generate Quotes.
  • Confirm the dates and times with the customers before scheduling for a job.
  • Manage daily schedules for jobs to be completed by technicians.
  • Stock takes every second week.
  • Open job cards with complete accuracy.
  • Track parts requirements with the Parts Department to avoid delays.
  • Report or resolve variances.
  • Ensure all work is costed accurately before invoicing.
