Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in used vehicles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Knowledge of vehicle financing and dealership operations.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Computer literacy and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the used vehicle sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching/training to staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee vehicle stock management, pricing, and vehicle displays.
- Handle finance and trade-in negotiations where required.
- Build relationships with customers and repeat clients.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
