- 3 years minimum experience in Service Advisor role
- Ensuring accuracy in communication, documentation, and client records.
- Clear, professional, and confident speech for phone or in-person interactions.
- Concise, courteous, and accurate emails, messages, and documentation.
- Fully understanding client concerns before responding.
- Calmly managing complaints and de-escalating tense situations.
Responsibilities
- Achieving daily / weekly / monthly labour sales targets.
- CSI follow ups.
- Confident to upsell products to customers.
- Knowledge of Service Advisor daily responsibilities.
- Building rapport with clients.
- Delivering on customer experience.
- Building CMH and Ford Premium Brand.
- Serve as the main point of contact for high-value or complex clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and proactively provide solutions or services.
- Handle escalated client issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Lead by example in customer service excellence and professionalism.
