Requirements

  • Premium brand experience is essential.
  • Jaguar Landrover experience is essential.
  • Must be competent on Evolve, BSI, Topix and Wasp.
  • Minimum of 5yrs in a role of service advisor in a Premium brand.
  • Driver’s License required 08.
  • Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers.
  • Assess customer vehicles and their concerns.
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates.
  • Explain recommended services and repairs.
  • Coordinate with workshop and supply clients with feedback.
  • Update customers regularly on the status of their vehicle.
  • Ensure Customer satisfaction is maintained to the highest standards, and in line with OEM requirements.
  • Ensure that WIP, Overview, and Cash sales are in order.
