Requirements
- Greeting customers, identifying their needs, recommending appropriate parts, explaining features and benefits, and providing technical support.
- Taking and processing orders, handling payments, arranging delivery or pickup, and managing returns or exchanges.
- Maintaining accurate records of parts, monitoring stock levels, ordering new parts, and ensuring adequate inventory is available.
- Achieving sales targets, promoting products and services, and potentially participating in marketing efforts.
- Preparing sales reports, updating records, and potentially managing customer relationships.
- Understanding the parts being sold, advising customers on their use, and potentially identifying substitute or modified parts.
- Handling customer complaints, resolving issues with orders or returns, and potentially assisting with repairs or installations.
Responsibilities
- Strong working knowledge of Automotive Parts Sales and Customer Service skills essential.
- Grade 12 Qualification essential.
- Must be able to provide at least 6 months’ payslips or commission sheets on request.
- Must have at least 2 to 3 years Dealership Parts Sales Executive experience within the Automotive Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License.
