Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Parts Salesman to join our OEM team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our dealer network with parts sales, technical interpretation, and product guidance to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in parts sales within a dealership environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of electronic parts catalogues (or similar electronic parts systems).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Solid understanding of parts interpretation and OEM processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support to dealers on parts sales and product enquiries
  • Interpret parts catalogues accurately to identify correct components
  • Assist dealers with pricing, availability, and order processing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and response times
  • Support sales targets and contribute to overall parts revenue growth
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical or supply issues
